Choose the question you want to answer
Use Which Tool Should I Use? or browse the guide directory. Start with a small, observable process rather than a proposed solution.
Verify your free beta account
Register with an address you control, verify the email and log in. Access activates after email verification; no manual administrator approval or subscription is required. A restricted account still needs administrator review.
Practise in a new worksheet
Choose Try This Tool for a blank worksheet, or Open built-in practice worksheet for a separate synthetic sample. The sample never replaces an existing worksheet. Guide & Examples opens a new reference tab so your current work stays in place.
Save an editable file to your computer
Use Save to Computer or Save As Local File and retain the .citools file. Confirm a downloaded file was retained only after you have kept it. Use Open from Computer to reopen it later. PDF, image and spreadsheet exports are useful reports; keep the native editable file too.
Understand browser recovery
Browser recovery is temporary convenience, not an online backup. Clearing browser storage, changing browser or losing the device can remove recovery copies. Account registration does not back up worksheets online. Each internal workspace has independent content and recovery.
Use related tools deliberately
Review imports and transfers before accepting them. Many transfers create independent copies; changing the source does not silently revise the copy. Use approved non-sensitive data in this temporary beta and contact [email protected] with questions, without sending passwords or sensitive worksheet files.
