Is CI Tools Suite free?
Access is free during the beta after email verification. No subscription or payment is required. Beta availability and features may change.
Can I read the Learning Center without an account?
Yes. Tool guides, worked examples, topic pages and introductory articles are public. A verified account is required to create or edit interactive worksheets.
Where are my worksheets saved?
Worksheet contents stay in your browser and editable files you explicitly save to your computer. Browser recovery is temporary convenience, not online backup. Your account does not store worksheet contents.
How do I reopen an editable worksheet?
Keep the native .citools file using Save to Computer, then use Open from Computer. PDF, image and spreadsheet exports are reports; retain the native file for editing.
Which improvement tool should I start with?
Start with the question you need to answer. SIPOC defines boundaries, a Flowchart follows the work, and cause-analysis tools organize explanations to test. The public chooser explains suitable starting points.
Does registration require administrator approval?
No. Verify your email to activate free beta access automatically. Suspended or otherwise restricted accounts still require support review.
What if my account email does not arrive?
Check Spam or Junk and confirm the address you entered. Use the resend option when available, or contact [email protected]. Never send your password or a verification or reset link to support.
Can I use sensitive organizational or patient information?
Use only synthetic or otherwise approved non-sensitive information during this beta. The fictional examples are educational and do not replace local operational, clinical or safety review.
