Privacy Policy
Account information
The service processes your email, password hash, verification/recovery token hashes, access status, session records and account security events to manage free beta access. Passwords are hashed; recovery links expire and can be used once.
Your worksheet information
Worksheet, diagram, dataset and revision contents stay in local browser recovery storage and files you explicitly save to your computer. Normal tool use does not upload those contents to our server. Authentication and account-management requests still use the network.
Local files and recovery
You control your downloaded files. Browser recovery can be lost when storage is cleared or a device is shared. It is not encrypted private file storage. Save editable .citools copies yourself.
Service providers and retention
Hosting and PostgreSQL provide account services; a configured transactional email provider delivers account messages. Security/hosting logs can include connection metadata. This temporary beta may reset account records; retained backup copies and provider logs follow the operator's published operational policy.
Optional local journey measurement
Off by default. If you turn this on, this tab records a short sequence of guide views, tool launches and registration steps in session storage. It does not send an analytics report to us. No worksheet contents, account identifiers, passwords, tokens, search terms or full referring URLs are recorded.
A referring search-engine hostname can suggest an organic visit; missing referrer information cannot reliably distinguish a search visit from a direct visit. This is a local diagnostic, not a site-wide conversion dashboard.
Closing this browser session removes its optional log. Disabling recording also clears it.
